Vinification
From our Tavoliere, the grapes are collecting and selecting. Then they are destemmed and pressed with controlled temperature fermentation between 18° 20° in stainless wine-makers, with own peels for 10-20 days.
Aging in stainless silos and oak barrels for six months, final aging in bottle.

Round and full-bodied to the palate with robust tannins but well balanced. Ends with a note of ripe fruit.
