Selection of Grapes from the Tavoliere, classic steeping for 14/16 days and controlled-temperature fermentation. Aging in stainless steel silos for 3 months, transfer to American oak casks for 1 month, final aging in bottle.
Elegant and complex, with predominance of red fruits and small berries, accompanied by a pleasant spicy background.
Rich, warm and intense, with enveloping fruity aromas, good tannic texture and balanced freshness. Great final persistence.
Excellent with savoury recipes, such as homemade pasta, barbecued meat and grilled vegetables.
