Dry red wine.
Varietal Nero di Troia.
Selection of grapes from the Tavoliere, classic steeping for 14/16 days and controlled-temperature fermentation. Ageing in stainless steel silos for 3 months, transfer to American oak casks for 1 month, final ageing in bottle.
Vivid ruby red with violet hues.
Refined and intense, with hints of ripe red fruits, spices and a light toasting.
Presence of tannins but well-balanced; balanced freshness and smoothness.
Excellent with savoury recipes, such as homemade pasta and barbecued meat accompanied by grilled vegetables.
