Selection of grapes from the Tavoliere, classic steeping for 8/10 days and controlled-temperature fermentation. Ageing in stainless steel silos for 3 months, transfer to American oak casks for 1 month, final ageing in bottle.
Fruity and delicate.
Dry and balanced.
Excellent with red meat dishes, grilled or cooked in the oven.
